If you are not satisfied with your subscription and wish to request a refund send an e-mail to info@yourdictionaries.com (the e-mail subject should clearly state: Refund Yourdictionaries.com).
Refund requests must be made during the 10 days following activation of your subscription and must include your subscription number and the reasons for requesting the refund.
Do not use the unsubscribe option as this will result in no refund being made of your subscription payment.
